Can I configure the bike exactly to my preferences?
Yes. Every AWSON bike is fully configurable directly on the product page. You can select the frame size, color, equipment package (wheels, drivetrain, brakes), handlebar type, and other available components. The final configuration is displayed in real time.
What is the difference between Gravel and Road models?
Gravel models are designed for versatility – mixed terrain, gravel roads, and adventure riding. Road models are optimized for asphalt, speed, and high-performance road cycling. Each category includes dedicated sub-models with specific geometries and component setups.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
On each product page, you will find a detailed size guide. We recommend selecting your frame size based on your height and inseam length. For personalized advice, our team is happy to assist you before placing your order.
What is the weight of the bike in my selected configuration?
The weight varies depending on the selected components (wheels, drivetrain, etc.). An estimated weight is displayed for the standard configuration. For custom builds, technical confirmation can be requested prior to production.
Is the bike fully assembled upon delivery?
AWSON bikes are delivered almost fully assembled. Typically, you will only need to install the front wheel and adjust the handlebar. Clear instructions are included, and the process takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
Orders
How long does production take for a configured bike?
As each bike is built to order, production time is between X and Y weeks (depending on configuration and component availability). The estimated delivery time is displayed before completing your order.
Can I modify my configuration after placing the order?
Changes are possible only within a limited time after placing the order and before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.
Can I cancel an order for a custom-configured bike?
Orders for individually configured products may be subject to specific cancellation conditions, as each bike is built on demand. Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AWSON ships to multiple countries across Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the selected address.
Will I receive confirmation and order updates?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Throughout production and prior to shipment, you will receive status updates regarding your order.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and other locally available payment methods depending on the country.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure platforms using SSL encryption and international payment security standards.
Can I pay in installments?
In certain countries, installment options or financing solutions may be available. Availability is displayed during checkout.
When is the amount charged?
For card payments, the amount may be authorized upon order placement and captured when production begins. For bank transfers, production starts after payment confirmation.
Is VAT included in the price?
For EU orders, prices include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or additional charges may apply depending on the destination country.
